Prabhakar has over 10 years of experience in Finance and Accounts in the Electronics and software industry he possess the desired commercial knowledge and expertise to manage and control the corporate finances. He has the capability to develop and analyze options, tactics and probabilities for corporate planning and has been involved in the development of business strategies for ITCS and mobilizing long term and short term funds. Exercising budgetary and cost controls and the needed remedial action are his area of specialization. He is organized, detail oriented and self motivated. He holds a Master degree in Electronics from NJIT and a Bachelors Degree in Engineering from India. He is straightforward and aggressive in his approach.
